Lovely read as ever SMC, thank you. I did want to slightly disagree about the pictures of oneself with a recently deceased. I think its about context. A sister posted a lovely picture taken about 30 years ago of her with her brother (now deceased) in his prime - I don't think it was narcissistic (happy to be corrected though), just a lovely photo of the two of them.
No no that’s totally allowed and very lovely! Family friends etc absolutely fine! My issue is with celebrities posting pics with people they don’t know very well/met once etc.
Can I just say how much I love your Tuesday morning posts?! Breath of fresh air. They always make me giggle and I always learn something new & fascinating as I munch my breakfast. Thank you.
Strangely you seem to have overlooked the other HUGE social media irritant the super smug ‘Told You So’s’ who present themselves as close-ish (saw her at leaving church Sandringham at Christmas level) friends who have known all along what’s up. They drive me INSANE
